What is the TEAM-3PL™ Alliance?

In today's economy, most logistics organizations have trimmed down and are running as lean as possible in managing their cost. "Bench-strength" is no longer an affordable luxury for most businesses. Because of this, many companies must reallocate existing resources to support special project requirements. This results in gaps and hardships in other parts of the operation as well as increased costs due to increased overtime or other internal repercussions.

The TEAM-3PL Alliance is a multi-national collaboration of independent logistics consultants, contractors, and other skilled logistics professionals who are available as individuals or in teams as a pool of "bench-strength" resources for clients with interim project needs. Our group resume includes both specialists and generalists with experience as Program Managers, Logistics Engineers, IT Project Managers, Corporate Trainers, and Transportation or Distribution Operations Managers from supervisor to director and general manager levels.

All of the TEAM-3PL member consultants have had extensive transportation and/or distribution management experience gained in world-class logistics organizations. This broad-based experience gives TEAM-3PL the flexibility to step into most situations and make an immediate and positive contribution to the overall project success. Our TEAM-3PL resources are generally available for immediate deployment, when, where and for as long as they are needed.
